Festival rules and policies:
Inclusivity
Dark Force Fest is a safe and inclusive space for all people regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, political beliefs and abilities.
No Harassment or Bullying
Harassment or Bullying of any kind os not tolerated. Don’t be an asshole or you will be removed and banned.
No Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable but you can transfer them. You can send your tickets to someone else, as long as we can scan the QR code the name does not have to match. Due to the number of scammers and frauds we do not allow any ticket resaling on our social media pages. we do suggest you only purchase tickets directly from us or from trusted reseller platforms such as tixel or stub hub, if you purchase a fraudulent ticket you will not be admitted to the event, as all tickets must propery scan into our system.
No Weapons
Weapons are stritcly not allowed. We reserve the right to search all attendees and bags in order to enforce our no weapons policy.
No Smoking or Vaping inside any indoor festival areas or within 25 feet of all festival entrances.
No illegal drugs or substances. Marijuana is legal in the state of NJ, but any illegal substances are not allowed.
Bag Policy
Small and Medium sized bags / backpacks are permitted. No large bags such as duffel bags or luggage are permitted in event areas. We reserve the right to check all bags for weapons and illegal substances.
Food & Drink Policy
There is a retaurant on premises with a full bar, as well as multiple food trucks outside the venue and multiple food stations inside the venue. Outside Food and Drink are allowed but no glass containers are permitted and do not make a mess.
All Ages
This is an All Ages event. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Dress Code
We encourage you to express yourself in your favorite outfits or costumes. Please note that nudity / pornography are not permitted because there are children present. Nipples and genitals must be covered.
Clean up after yourself.
Throw out your trash in trash bins and please take care of the venue.
Wheelchair Accessibilitiy / ADA
The hotel is on the ground level and fully accessible by wheelchairs and there are also accessible bathrooms. There are some handicap parking spaces but they do fill up. We also have a limited number of handicap seating spots available which can be reserved on our ticketing page.
Coat Check / Bag Check
Sorry there is no coat check or bag check available. Please only bring what you are willing to carry with you.
